​Steve Shaver has been in practice over 37 years. In that time, Steve has guided clients through a vast array of legal matters, including covenants not to compete, intellectual property infringement, tortious interference, bank fraud, statutory fraud, trade secrets, healthcare law, injunctions, minority shareholder oppression, debt and fraudulent transfers.

Steve’s representative experience includes a successful jury verdict for a pilot in an aviation accident case, which was named one of Dallas’ Top Ten Jury Verdicts for the year; a take nothing jury verdict for client Leviton Manufacturing in a product liability-fire case; a take nothing judgment for a national client in a DTPA suit in Orange County, and a jury verdict for clients in a fraud case in Dallas County.

 

Steve has tried cases throughout Texas, including the Dallas, Collin, Tarrant, Bexar, Travis, Harris, Bowie, Wichita, Smith, San Patricio, and Nueces counties, and he has also handled cases throughout Oklahoma, such as Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Enid, Norman, Lawton, and Durant.
